central location rooftop restaurant spacious rooms
The location is GREAT with SO many shops and restaurants nearby. The rooftop restaurant features live music, AMAZING food, and a wonderful view. Breakfast on the main floor is SUPERB!!! I enjoyed the spacious room and LOVED the bathroom.

The hotel location is very central. It is only two tram stops away from Topkapi Palace. The hotel is also just four stops from Dolmabahce Palace.

Really good stay
excellent location amazing views
The location is excellent, very close to transport links and main attractions. I also found it conveniently located near the main shopping areas and restaurants.. I was grateful for the concierge. He was super helpful. The rooftop bar boasts amazing views and provides an excellent bar menu and service.
The noise isolation was poor, i could hear every sound from the streets. I could also hear movements in the room above mine and conversations in the corridor. I hope they address this issue .

The staff offered great service from arrival to departure. They were very attentive. Little touches here and there showed attention to detail. The relaxed atmosphere added to the experience. I am thankful for their dedication.

The rooms are comfortable and roomy. Amenities are available, and housekeeping is very accommodating. I appreciate that they ensured the whole family was well looked after. I found the room design interesting and the facilities good.

The hotel features a rooftop bar with amazing views and an excellent bar menu. The restaurant offers good food and excellent cocktails. I appreciate the excellent ambience after a long day of sightseeing. I am grateful for it.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
small room sewage smell
The location was quite good, close to main attractions.
My room was much smaller than advertised. It felt cramped. There was also a noticeable smell of sewage in the bathroom. It permeated the entire room. After three days, I finally changed rooms, but the toilet in the new room was also malfunctioning.

great attentiveness friendly staff room upgrade fabulous experience
The staff showed amazing attentiveness and friendliness throughout my visit. i received an upgrade to a lovely room, a real treat! the location proved superb. I found lots of amazing sites and eateries nearby. everything about the accommodation contributed to a fabulous experience.
i noticed very slight sound carry from adjacent rooms, though it hardly detracted from an overall excellent stay.

the breakfast included a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. the rooftop restaurant provided amazing views while i enjoyed local specialties, a special experience. the food was AMAZING!!!
